1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode

Where did you get the CPU.If it was from a donor board post what motherboard part number it came from.
The bios you posted says unlocked,is it the original backup or a random one you found somewhere,or here on the forum.
