According to your service tag this is a Dell Inspiron 3542, the system is showing only the service tag because it's equipped with InsydeH20 bios, and this platform can not be unlocked with suffix method master generated password unfortunately.

i dont know wich is the KBC chip. But if the password is in kbc chip there is no solution for it except the generator?

1st downgrade your bios version and then unlock it

you are looking wrong in the dell bin, this one cannot be unlocked by adjusting a few blocks, but needs an injection just like lenovo!
