No, this should be the newest suffix and there is no free generator for it yet. I don't think anybody has it yet either.Comment

Example:

Blue alphanumeric character code- service tag
Red alphanumeric character code - suffix
1234567-595B
1234567-D35B
1234567-2A7B
1234567-1D3B
1234567-1F66
1234567-6FF1
1234567-1F5A
1234567-BF97
Above are examples of different Dell suffix alphanumeric character codes that can be unlocked with generated master password
1234567-8FC8 suffix can't be unlocked with generated master password at the moment.

According to your service tag this is a Dell Inspiron 3542, the system is showing only the service tag because it's equipped with InsydeH20 bios, and this platform can not be unlocked with suffix method master generated password unfortunately.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.
I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. The BIOS chip is a WSON8 6x8. I used the CH341A, NeoProgrammer, and a cheap pogo pin clip... -

Hi everyone,
Iβm working on an HP 255R 15.6" G10 Notebook PC that has a BIOS Administrator / Setup password I cannot bypass. I can boot Windows normally, but F10 is completely blocked unless the password is entered. I do not know the password.
This is not a PowerβOn Password. This is a BIOS Admin password stored in NVRAM, and the system will not allow BIOS access at all.
Iβm posting here to get help identifying the correct procedure, dump, or method needed to clear the password on this model. System Details
