my problem is the following: the screen stays black, the pc launches, I have flashes on the caps key (5) and the fan is running at full speed. I'm thinking a corrupted bios. Here is the extracted bios.

Hello, I have problems with my bios, it only turns on the power led and it goes off quickly like a flash, I tried other bioses but it tries to turn on and nothing, I check my board and I thought if someone can repair my bios, I leave the backup here in case they can repair it, thanksComment

I have exact the same problem. I tried to replace the ME Region.bin and reflash the modified outimage, but it does not change anything.

Hello,
I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).
But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.
I'm trying to reset my bios without success.
I tried :
-I removed the BIOS battery and main battery. Waited for a long time but it didn't work. They already stated in the user manual that the password will not be reset even if the batteries... -

Hope that this post is at the right place of the forum.
I am seeking help and technical advice to remove bios admin password from HP ProBook 4520s.
The laptop is operating normally and, I am not facing any major issue with it except; the bios admin password that I found about by coincidence only few weeks back.
As the laptop is operating normally, I am reluctant to take it to a workshop to de-solder the bios chip in order to read it by an external programmer, as I am not an expert in doing such a thing.

Hello, I have an HP Probook 440 G8 whose BIOS is locked by a password, I dumped the BIOS and unlocked with RCUnlocker. I can't afford to rewrite the BIOS with a CH341a, so I would like to find the password from the dump. Perhaps by reverse-engineering RCUnlocker to print what it removes in the unlocked version of the BIOS.
