In short for the 2nd guide: search for $BID with hex editor

What you need is BID 088BC, HP for whatever reason mixed BIOS updates for AMD and Intel on the same page, you have to expand the category "BIOS-System Firmware", then "HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)" , the other BIOS updates under "BIOS" category are for "HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)"
Of course you shouldn't flash a BIOS for AMD CPU on an Intel CPU laptop (yours is Intel)...

    The correct BIOS is sp163283.exe

Run the .exe, It will extract several variants, yours is 088BC.bin

DMI is empty on yours (no model name, SKU, build ID, feature byte), it only has a Win key, is it a replacement motherboard? I transfered it anyway, you should fill the rest with BCU
Here it is, with your Win key inserted

    HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0077nr (33K64UA)
    BID 088BC
    DMI 500000-50103F
    BIOS ver. F.28

Fill the rest with HP BCU
    Code:
    Serial Number : 8CG1323X5H
    SKU Number : 33K64UA#ABA
Product name: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0xxx
    Feature byte: 3K6b7K7MaBapaqasawbCbVbhcbdUdpdqfPhZm9.BG
    Build ID: 21WWDU1T603#SABA#DABA
Board CT number: (on a sticker on the motherboard CT: )
Additional info: sp163057.exe extracts fine on my HP laptop, it extracts 088F1.bin but it isn't the correct BIOS for you anyway (it's for AMD CPU, Ryzen 4000 series - Renoir)...
When you can't extract an HP BIOS update, you can try running it on a virtual machine
