boss, i'm sorry for late replied. i did not save the bios file i met on the chip because it did not power because i have a universal working file i usually use for 5420 but i make used of it, it come up but no image show on the screen and it did not make any Alt+F sound the chip number Gigadevice 25R256DY10

i need help
a client brought a dell 5420 laptop to fixed, i saw the 32mb chip has be tamper and i have downloaded many files here and used, some could not worked, some worked but no image, only deem display, screen okay, signal cable okay,
i still believed its bios issue because 5420 series are common series bios problem
if any one experience same issues and solved please help me with working bios file.
