Then you have hardware problem. Bios is 100% ok. What is problem with your computer ?

thank you for your reply, the laptop has display issue.
when switch on the fan spin very fast and no display.

This bios incredible worked on HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba020nl !!

My problem was that the pc start but in boot loop, continuous restart and always black screen.

this model has two bios ..bios extracted from the HP site update..your is 083C8

bios extracted from the HP site update, this model has three versions of bios..check what "BID" your laptop's bios has and use that bios ..
