Hi All,

I had a problem unsoldering the bios. The chip is destroyed. I could not read the content. How can I build the content?

If I understood correctly, the content of the main Bios is dependent on the EC chip.

I studied the possibilities and I think I will replace the main bios with a:
W25Q128JV
SOIC 208-mil

The specifications are the same and I have the footprint on the motherboard.

What would be the procedures to rebuild the bios?

intel i7-6600u SR2F1 cpu
motherboard 6050a2892401

sn# 5cg70126zz hp support not reconizing serial

laptop came from another tech and bios 128mb was missing , replaced with files from here but no joy

all voltages are ok on all indutors even cpu 1v is present

comes on , you can see the lcd turns black and after a while fan starts

i have tried soo many bios from badcaps but non of them give display..

require some urgent assistance , i have even reballed the cpu but still no display ..

what am i missing ?????? signal wise , pulses , voltages , i have checked this mb as much as i can do

attached bios downloaded from hp support of 850 g3 elitebook without serial , as serial is not being reconized
