no i test that too, at some point it wouldnt turn on at all with or without battery
i reprogrammed the bios then it turned on after awhile same thing happend but with changing bios ic and program didnt power on anymore.

i checked it i didnt find any problem.
ichecked the charging circuit
internal battery rating is 14.8v and when i connect the battery it has around 16.5v and when i connect the charger i have around 17v on battery pin
last night i charged the battery fully and left it for the night today i came back it wouldnt turn on with battery only. when i connect the charger device turned on....Leave a comment:

Hello
i have a weird problem and im stuck
problem is that laptop works fine for sometimes but if i turn it off for a day and comeback tomorrow it wont power on untill i disconnect all voltages and rtc battery and connect them again then turns on.
i checked the board and everything looked fine so i reprorammed bios and the problem was still the same i even changed kbc and charging ic too.
any idea? -

this laptop is for a customer and the hard disk is full of files and has a windows already, it boots with legacy support only, otherwise i have to back up the files then change the partition table and install windows again....Leave a comment:

Hello
this laptop came to me with "no display" "no boot" problem.
i changed kbc and programmed both kbc and bios and i got the laptop to boot
here is the problem :
when i change settings in bios from uefi to legacy laptop restarts and wont boot again till i reflash bios file.
i tried couple of bios and ec from this from and other places. still the same
and i found another bios , in this file legacy was enabled but graphic was uma only when i changed that to switchable graphic, laptop restarts and wont boot again.... -

hello.
i failed to find the problem with this laptop so im asking for a help
i have 19v on source and gate of the first mosfet and no voltage on drain. the things that i did till now checked the gate source it comes from q1 i dont have any voltage on adp_en pin 5
i changed q1 and kbc and bq24740
i made a jumper from source and drain next fet does its job and power button blinks white one second and then dosent do anything i dint have 3.3 and 5 i changed rt8205 and the same.
any ideas anyone -

i chkd both r8507 and d5801 are healthy, ichkd them outside of mb, i changed d5801 anyway. stillthe same . is the ic faulty? should i buy and replace the ic?
