No luck so far, I try 2 diferent bin's, erased bios chip, blank check, program=same thing, can this be related to IO chip? anyway im stuck

I have managed to write the BIOS .bin file that I have downloaded from here on my Dell 7390 and it worked: the laptop finally booted into Windows, even if the model of my mother board is LA - F311P and not LA - F312P, as written in the description of the .bin file. Then I put the latest BIOS file from Dell website on a usb stick and managed also to update my BIOS.

And by the way, for this model of laptop or version of the motherboard you don't need to disassemble it from the laptop, as you can see the BIOS chip sitting in the area near the fan. You need to look for the chip Winbond 25Q128JVSQ.

And thanks a lot for the BIOS .bin file !!!
