I have tried your file. I still have same problem of keyboard not working.
I think i have hardware fault . i have tried few files and its not sorted so it must be motherboard.

The problem with F1 to retry boot remains.i still get it.

I have tried file at post#105.With this file Hdd is detected in bios and i was able
to load window but every time i bootup it stops at screen saying press f1 to boot again or press f2 for setting
After presssing f1 2-3 times it loads window ok. The keyboard is still not detected.
Is it possible to fix f1 error at bootup and keyboard not working?

Thank you for your file.
With this file laptop turns on for 3-4 seconds no fan, no display and it turns off.
It does not turn on itself again.If i turn it on myself it does same steps as above.
I left the laptop on for 30 minutes and still same.
With original file it use to turn itself on repeatedly.

Dell e5570 -Please clean me region .
The laptop starts up,fan spins,no display. After about 15 seconds laptop turns off.
After about 30 seconds it starts up again on its own and repeats above steps.
It does this repeatedly but there is no display.
I have tried 2or three files from this thread but they are not working.
I have tried cleaning me region but i didnt have Me 11.0.18.1002 so i installed next
available one and i must have done something wrong so laptop does not start anymore.

Post #105 bios is for dell precision 3520.My laptop is dell 5480.
I can not see hdd in bios,hdd and keyboard are not detected in bios,in bios keyboard is not working
i have to use usb keyboard to get in to bios by using F2.
Full details of problem and service tag etc are in post#117.
I think some details about hdd and keyboard are missing in bios.

With new file hard drive is not detected in bios,does not boot window from hard drive.
The keyboard is not working.
With new file there is now delay of about 20 sec before it comes up.

The problem is hard drive not detected in bios.
Keyboard not working in bios.
I have tried working hard drive in mbr and uefi mode,changed another drive,
changed hard drive cable,window installer does not detect hard drive so can not install window.
I have swapped working keyboard but even that is not working in bios

The laptop does not start with original bios. no boot,no post.
I have tried different bios from forum with same result.
I found one bios Zam70 LA-A901P -rev-1.0. With this bios
laptop starts,black screen, runs for about 10 seconds and fan spins then shut down.After shut down it shows error code by flashing lights.
The dell error code is possible cpu failure.

The battery is genuine Dell, 51wh, GSM10,7.4v.
I have another GSM10 battery which charges fine on this laptop.

I have this dell battery thats been left on storage for long time
and its not charging anymore inside laptop.
Software aida 64 indicates battery has zero wear level,voltage at 2.8v.
I am using it in dell computer it came with.
When laptop is running, aida 64 indicates battery is not charging.
I think battery is locked.Please help me revive this battery, it is in really
nice condition.Any question please ask.

I dont know if that bios is original or not.
The laptop was opened by previous owner.that bios had black screen
so i dont know if lan and network card were working or not.

I have installed bios at post #2 on my laptop.
its running ok but have problem with no LAN and no network
card detected.I thought the problem was caused by hardware failure.
I swapped out network card intel 8260 with another same card,tried
many network driver from dell site but it did not work.
I then saw post from"MBUSER" he had used same bios as me
and was having same problem as me.I dont think its hardware issue.
