I have Lenovo ThinkPad T450 with supervisor password. I was able to install Linux but I want to be able to make changes in BIOS.

I used clip ch341 and successfully read W25Q128.V bios on Thinkpad T450

Can anyone help me with removing/reseting the supervisor password section from this .bin file:

T450old.bin.zip


I was trying write files from forum for T450 but without success. If I use my backup I am back to beginning... computer is starting but BIOS is locked.

build a new bios from exe file

i have lenovo T450 and i cannot make any changes in bios SO I THOUGHT ITS LOCKED
i try 3 different bios but all of 3 have no display
Than try to patch original backup bios with lenovo_autopatcher v2
after that i got 5 beep and ERROR massage "To interrupt normal startup. Press enter''
so please build i new bios region from exe file which i have downloaded from lenovo support site
when i extract i am getting around 7mb file
but bios region from original backup is 11mb
i cannot extract accurate size from exe

Read carefully how to use lenovo auto patcher. 5 beeps it normal
