Lenovo ThinkPad T450 bios password decrypt

Hi all.

I have Lenovo ThinkPad T450 with supervisor password. I was able to install Linux but I want to be able to make changes in BIOS.

I used clip ch341 and successfully read W25Q128.V bios on Thinkpad T450

Can anyone help me with removing/reseting the supervisor password section from this .bin file:

I was trying write files from forum for T450 but without success. If I use my backup I am back to beginning... computer is starting but BIOS...

I am graphic designer, accountant, DTP operator with some minor skills in servicing computers, phones. I like to know how things work. I didn't finish special course or school. I thought myself everything... with help of forums like this and uncle Google and YouTube. I like to work on OSX or Linux platform. I don't like anymore Windows. 7 was last I used. Sorry I for my English. I am using MacBook Air and Lenovo T440 (my Linux Mint is telling me that is T450) both second hand... or maybe better word rescu...
