Dell xps 13 9350 bios bin

my problem
when i press power buttom . press power light on for 1 sec and off
i try to flash bios by using search here but now work for 20 sec and restart again many times no display
i don't have service tage
anyone can clear my file
motherboard id is - AAZ80 la-c881p rev:2.0 a01

same problem ni change on file press power let light 1 sec
but when i flash bios file from this page laptop work 20 sec and restart manytimes no display
any help

the file name XPS_9350_1.13.0_Fixed no new just led light 1 sec
the file name XPS_9350_1.13.0_Fixed_ME work for 20 sec and restat again no display
on power supply monitor current go to 50 and restart and og to 32 a

Can someone please help me repair this bios. It gets stuck on the Dell logo and doesn't go any further. All new bioses I write doesn't display. I'm therefore posting my old bios to see if someone can help me rebuild it.
