Update:i rest the laptop overnight and when i turn on it boots fine but when i shuts down the same issue again turns on with power led light and capslock and blink once the f2 on the keyboard.what is the culprit on this?please helpComment

Thanks for the response ill try to inspect if there is corrosion i cannot flash bios i dont know what type of chip winbond w26q64fviq.the problem is if i rest overnight and turn on on morning it wrks fine but when i shut down turn on with only power led light capslock and f2 blink once.i noticed also cpu is hotComment

At first solved the problem when i rest the laptop for 2days the il try again switch on the it boots fine thw i flashed and update the bios using winflash successfully update problem solved but after a week of using came back the same issue nw laptop turns on but only capslock and f2 and power led light present but no display. I cannot flashed with external programmer because bios chip is different i dont have an adapter for thisComment

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get a working and properly sized bios for an Asus Zenbook UX425JA. The bios from Asus is 16.25 MB, whereas the XM25QH128A on the motherboard - which I am attempting to program with a CH341A - is 16 MB in size.

Hello,
I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.
I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.
The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.
Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website... -
Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
Some issues
A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized
Things I tried

Hey guys, I have an "ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NF (2021)" that's locked with a UEFI password, I need to reprogram the BIOS chip but can't find a clean ".bin" file for this specific model, I've tried the official BIOS updates from ASUS support page, but they're 32MB updaters that don't extract to a usable 2MB .bin file for direct chip programming.
What I currently have available:
- Model: FA506NF (2021)
- BIOS chip: GD25LQ16 (16Mbit/2MB)
- Tools: CH341A programmer ready to use
