Ok rioreno I compare the my old bios which is at the right side in the picture and the [0]file at the left.so I'm seeing some VSS store in my locked bios which is not in the update bios.is that comparison correct?if yes what to do next to get the bios without the password?

1. At [0] file use hexeditor to cut all padding...with help uefitool to gain size and offset..
2. At old bios file extract padding only.
3. With hexeditor again you merger padding from old bios file and rest of [0] file(after cut allpadding)...for the structure refer to your old bios...
Now you get your new file without password...

no... only 2 padding, 1st and last padding,
why? refer to your old bios.. 1st padding [0] different size with old bios.. last padding not in the list in the old bios..

Ok.but comparing the third (3) padding of the two bios,are thy not different in size looking at the image I post ?
