i think your password is not store on bios chip...
find 24c08 on your board bro, read and use vaio analyzer tools to decrypt the password...

Any time you switch the machine on it gives different hash codes after putting the third wrong password .that is why I am thinking the password is stored in the bios.

but if you still curious and sure if the password store at bios chip, try this pure bios(R169M3.BIN) , it was extracted from EP0000209810.exe update bios vgn z11vn from sony website..
and i give another file from other site... vaio VGN-Z46GD

uniextract OR running update.exe, find c://user/appdata/local/temp/ latest folder
