i have dell laptop E6430 integrated intel graphic (not dedicated vga)
Bord code : QAL80 LA-7781P REV 1.0 (A00)
Service tag: 1BY7XY1
when i turns on the laptop. power botton light on after some seconds fan spins just 2 seconds and off. power botton light just blink and angain fan spins and again after some seconds it off.
it looks like that motherboard is restarting after some seconds before display comes out agian and again
May be its bios error (+3v+5v+19v are ok, no pf short. all jumpers fuses are ok) backup attached here. RegardsAttached FilesComment

with an option to flash it from the F12 menu
Currently using the bad caps u52 and u53 with clear Me
But have no bios flashback option in bios or flash update on F12 MenuComment

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
(from here https://www.dell.com/support/manuals...e7a&lang=en-us)
I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.

Hi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.
so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅... -

i have dell latitude E7270 with following symptoms:
- takes long time to restart.
- sometimes powers on and then off
- sometimes while working it just dies,
From googling online bios clean could possible resolve this?
i was able to save bios and was going to try bios clean myself but get an below error when i drop it in ME analyzer.(unsure whether this sometimes occurs or could be due to bad/corrupt bios)
As ME analyzer gave me an error i just decided to write bios with a cleaned bios from E7270 bios post.

Hi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W). One of them works flawlessly. The other one had a corrupted BIOS. I tried flashing numerous main BIOS and EC files from the internet, but none of them worked. I decided to copy the main BIOS and EC from the working 9010 computer and successfully flashed the corrupted BIOS. This got the computer able to boot again and run norm...04-23-2025, 04:30 PM
