Dell Inspiron 5520 EEPROM/BIOS

I have this very very hard problem. I've never encountered this kind of problem. I'm fixing computers for almost 7 years.

But this laptop of mine surprises me. Here it goes... my laptop is protected by Supervisor password.I power off my laptop and take a nap for 2 hours. When I turned on my laptop I tried to input my supervisor password and it states that my password is incorrect. I tried it for 3 times a small box appeared containing a System Error Code and Service tag. I tried to call Dell and they provided my the backdoor password unfortunately the password doesn't work. They've told me to replace my motherboard which cost more than 100 bucks.

What is the root cause of this?

I've already done that. The one that Dell provided me is also the same on that website. They've told me to type and hold Ctrl + Enter (or Shift + Enter).

But non of this worked. I cannot figure out how could this happen. Imagine the Supervisor password becomes incorrect without interfering or updating the BIOS.

Change bios bin with eeprom programmer, try this bios dump ...

There are two BIOS Chip in my laptop. which is one? any why they are two. any how can eeprom forgot its own password

I still cant unlock it. Why my mobo have 2 bios. One for ME and one for Windows 8?

One of them is EC bios where other is main bios. You have to program both of them.

I am not good at reading the schematics. but I compared it inside my laptop and they are match. especially the writings on the chip. eg. EON EN25. etc.

but when it comes to flashing it ? I've already downloaded the oldest BIOS version for my laptop but it was 4.2MB and it has many files in it etc. QCL00A04.fd and many more. The bios is InsydeH20.

How does 4.2MB fit inside a 4MB or 2MB chip and what is the purpose of that Chip it states that For Windows 8, and the other one is for Windows ME which I think ME is a very old OS. And how can I program both Chip if the BIOS only gave me one EXE. Its confusing for me.
