problem: after changing cpu power ic; there is no display, but i have tryed many bios from this post, when i get display the fan not work and when there is no display the fans works at max speed. i need the last bios from the dell support that is released on :11 jun 2024. and this is my original backup:

No power problem: power button not light; in your case it's power down, it can be caused by a short in cpu or gpu section; or a bad me region, you can try to flash the bios and ec bios first.

CHECK THE +12VSUS IF it's less than 12volt for exemple 10volt or 9volt replace the system regulator pu8100= rt8206A and chek again after replacement. i think if you have a lab power supply you can inject 12v (50ma) at pjp8105 and you can check the hdd detection in bios; before wasting time for relacent of ic.
