no power indicator. no 3.3 v and 5v alws.

no shorted coil

i just want to try bios first.

over voltage protection

try replace pc58 with tantalum, not solid caps
look datasheet rt8223p

lx gate +3vpcu rail its high, usually i try change that caps, and that works

you can just use it for test . it can work . but use TANTALUM as meritosari said .

i already found one 227uf 6v but does the same now i lost 5v on pin 12.

I look at the picture, you have to install the capacitors with the wrong polarity position. look more carefully, coil its positive rail.


maybe you have broken that tantalum again, i hope not more damaged the other components
