Seem compatible with GMT-G5934 (datasheet present on web) or P2806 (datasheet not find yet)
Compare both pin out of IC on schematic quanta R53 with Quanta NM3...

So replace it. What I was understand if ton (pin 12) wasn't good condition due resistor was change value, HWPG_1.5 on pin13 will not appear, even that pin it was pull up from 3V_S5. I believe it will solve your problem.Last edited by meritosari; 03-20-2018, 07:41 AM.Leave a comment:

Check or try replace PR30 (620kohm). Seem its common problem on this series, due sponge which covering led indicator was melted. Also clean all rest sponges on near are led indicator. Hope it work!Leave a comment:

1. Make sure that HDD is drive original from acer factory.
compare sticker bar code (5-6 letters last end) on HDD same with sticker on bottom case cover or sticker on DDR module.
2. Input any letter as password 3x to get hash code (of course are wrong password).
3. Hash code is important key. So make note after appear it.
3. Tool only work on DOS mode.
prepare a removable usb stick for doing job. (rufus/hiren/free dos or whatever).
another option you can try on any pc/laptop to run in DOS mode via cmd hdd_pw.exe maybe...Leave a comment:
