well, board code doesn't really matter in this case, unless you do bios mods, what matters is the product name (lenovo G505) and model name (e.g. 1066).
Anyway, here it is (if ala_borbe and meritosari BIOS doesn't work for you).

            Hi

I realise this thread is a little old, but I've recently been helping someone with a Lenovo G505 which had a 'no display issue' on the laptop screen but was fine on an external monitor.

However I discovered a way to get correct boot so that laptop screen display is visible (including Lenovo splash screen, and incidentally, the webcam to be recognised correctly in device manager) was to press power on button and immediately close the laptop lid and reopen it, i.e. open the laptop screen just enough to press the power button, then close and open virtually straightaway.

Does anyone know if any of the bios files available from this thread fix this problem or are they for some other 'no display issue'?

            Thanks
