Asus A3e No Boot(Bios Program Problem .203)

Hi
i Have problem with Asus A3e no Boot issue(Power On But No LCD Display And No VGA Display )
Laptop Working But After Change Power Button --> No Display And No Boot

First I Want Program Bios , I Using Tni5000 Programmer , Bios IC Is PIC16C54C .
I Can Read Data From IC And Many Of The Data Is Zero


My Problem Is Bios File Format ".203" And The Programmer Can Not Program It.

How I Can Program Asus A3e By .203 File Format(I Can Not Find BIN Or Rom Format)

That pic is a controller for charging battery, the bios should be in PLCC32 housing.
Rename the extension from .203 to .bin, find the correct bios chip and you're good to go.

I Can Not Find Bios IC In Schematic , Just I Find bios battery backup On Motherboard And PIC16C54C was near the battery

But Yes , In Schematic PIC16C54C Is For charging battery controller



Tomorrow I will look further On MotherBoard.

Attached Schematic Maybe Someone Can Find Bios IC.

u43 is bios. On board it shold be easy to spot it.

Thanks Brother , I Find It And Program It.


But The problem still exist

NorthBridge and South Bridge are hot now!
Northbridge fan spins slowly at first But after 2 seconds NorthBridge fan is spinning too fast !

How can know the problem is from the NorthBridge or SouthBridge ?

The problem was resolved by replacing the South Bridge Chip.
