Can anyone clean the bios of the gigabyte RC55 notebook S/N:SN23091J000287. NP50RNCY0-D01-B motherboard.
The notebook is stuck on the logo.
I would appreciate it if someone helps me.

You can get a virgin bios image from gigabyte support -> https://www.gigabyte.com/Laptop/G5--...upport-dl-bios make sure you choose the G5 MF model.

The bios file name is NP50RNx-Y(32M).10 ,you can rename it to NP50RNx-Y(32M).bin

Copy the DMI from your backup to the new bios with a hex editor, these are the offsets 10CC000 - 10CC07F and 10CD000 - 10CD03F

Hello,

I have a Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 (G533QM) that had a dead motherboard (Graphics card dead) and after trying to fix the motherboard with no success, I bit the bullet on a sale for a new motherboard. I ordered a motherboard for the 15 inch model which is the one that I have, and when the motherboard arrived it wasn't for a little while that I saw it was from the 17 inch model.

My question is, can I update the Bios on this G733 motherboard to a G533 Bios.

The reason for wanting to do this is that the keyboard isn't working as it should, and I think this...

Gigabyte motherboard missing CPU compatibility due to BIOS version being too low - proper way from here?

This job which came in is a Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX (rev. 1.0). It has BIOS version F1 currently, and the CPU installed is Ryzen 9 9900X, which according to the Gigaybte site, needs at least BIOS version F30. I don't have a supported CPU to install for the purpose of updating the BIOS. I have downloaded the BIOS from Gigabyte's website and unzipped the file "B650MD3HPAX.F32a". Can I just rename it to 'B650MD3HPAX.BIN' and flash it to the motherboard using neoprogrammer and my CH341A?...
