Bios request for IdeaPad 5 Pro 16IAH7 - Type 82SK

    Hey folks,

Getting no post on a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro 16IAH7. Thinking maybe corrupted BIOS but not sure. Does anyone have a working dump I can try?

    https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ie/en/p...ry=BIOS%2FUEFI

The dump from this machine is attached...

    Much appreciated!

      Hello,

I need assisstance with a possible bios issue. Need to study bios editing further and not advanced enough yet.

Laptop turns on, charger light : blue and power on light: blue
fan spin. cpu warms up. keyboard backlight turn on. capslock and numlight not responding.
Black screen, no backlight and no hdmi output to external screen.

I suspect a bios issue or onboard memory.
A dump with Revelprog IS and software version v1.9.1 of the two bios chips are made and uploaded.

Not yet able to evaluate if one of those are corrupt.

            Good evening,

i programmed the two files onto the bios chips.

The laptop restarted two times, caps lock and esc light light up and turned off, no image and same behaviour. Turn on, fan spin, cpu warm charge, power and power button continuous blue.

my guess, conclusion is the onboard memory.

thank you for your help and am enormous grateful.

            best regards,

            joeri

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
              by Ahari
              Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

              I...

ASUS ZenBook UX480F : need help with cleaning the ME region of my BIOS dump
              by mkdj
              Dear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:

I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
              by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

              Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

              Troubleshooting Attempts:

BIOS problems Slim 7 16IAH7 Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82VB
              by myty6
              Hello Everyone,

              Make : Lenovo
              Model: Slim 7 16IAH7
              S/N: YX04XNTW
              Mfg: 2022/09/13

System will not boot. I have tried the normal troubleshooting (external display, unplugged batter for 24hrs, holding the Novo button, tried to boot from usb using every typed of bootable media) i cannot get a display but keyboard backlight lights up but it's not responsive, fans spin and power button flashes but stops. After researching my symptoms, I am leaning towards a bad bios.

I have identified what looks to be 2 bios chips on my motherboard, both winbond...
