help bios lenovo ideapad s145-14iil type 81w6

Good morning, gentlemen, I hope you can help me with my laptop, I told you that I saved it about 2 years ago because it wouldn't turn on, now I have a ch341a programmer, I made a backup of the bios, I flashed an original downloaded from lenovo and it started, but it turned off after a few minutes, I entered the bios configuration and the brand, model, serial number, windows serial number, etc. did not appear, I request your help, I did everything I found in the forum but I could not solve it, also now it won't start again, it turns on but the fan does not turn, I will share all the information I can, yes, it does not have the back label but there is a QR code in the front to directly enter support, so I have almost all the information, greetings and thanks in advance.
    Brand : lenovo
    model: ideapad s145-14iil type 81w6
    serial number: PF2MNE4B
    Processor: Intel Core i3-1005G
memory 4 GB RAM integrated into the motherboard

I attached the backup of my BIOS, be careful with this BIOS the laptop turned on, but did not boot, only the fan run, and a photo of my motherboard
    Thanks
P.d. I had forgotten to give you this information, the bios chip is a Giga device 25B127DSIG which I have not found in any program the exact model to flash it, I have done it with several models the gd25b128, db25x128c, w25q128b, c, vj, etc and nothing has worked for me.

Thanks Volinakis, from the file name I assume it's the original BIOS.
Downloaded from Lenovo's website, right? Unless you modified it. If not, I've tried it. The computer turned on, but it didn't show any information, such as the model, etc. Then I installed other ones, and now the laptop only runs with the fan. I haven't found any software, as I have the exact same BIOS chip model as my motherboard. What would you recommend flashing it with? Thanks for responding so quickly. Best regards.

I'll try it right away. Another question: is it necessary to flash the BIOS directly, or can it be flashed with tweezers? All the tests I've done have been performed with tweezers. Could this be my mistake? Thanks again.

I apologize for not responding to Mr. Volinakis, but I just finished my work. I'm self-employed. This is why when work comes, you have to do it because you can't be sure that more will come tomorrow or the day after. So, I'll try the BIOS now. Thanks again.

Hello, good morning. I haven't responded since the last message I sent. I was tasked with repairing my laptop. I'd like to tell you that the BIOS you provided me works, but only halfway. I'll go into the step-by-step instructions.
1st - If it turned on, it only entered the BIOS and got stuck. I'm saying this because I connected another keyboard.
I force-restarted it, and then it turned on fine, but since it was disassembled, I didn't have an HDD to test it. I spent several minutes pressing keys and it did work. So I turned it off. I put in another RAM, a blank SSD that I had saved, and whoooooooooooo, it didn't boot anymore.
I removed the RAM first because this PC has 4GB built into the motherboard.
Then I removed the SSD, and nothing.
            It won't turn on again.
The good thing is that with the flash you shared with me, when I entered the BIOS, it was almost 0. information, I will attach a photograph, thanks again and I hope you can help me, greetings.

Thanks for answering again, I had already done the transfer of the DMI to the downloaded Lenovo BIOS by looking at the information on how to do it here (as I said before, I informed myself and tried to solve it myself before bothering you, in the same way my idea is to learn and thus not bother you or depend on you, in the same way I want to ask you a couple of questions
I read the same here in a post from a user who had a similar problem, and he said to solve it by deleting the BIOS file header, this would be starting at position 00000000 to 000007F0, and voila it works, my question is the following, I suppose I can do this with an editor like HxD, being that way this information should I replace it with 0, with F, because if I delete it assuming the size of the BIOS changes
the other thing is that I cannot find my exact BIOS model in the programming software, I have also seen that they say that to program it I can choose between these

                Flash chips in VSCC table:
                EF4018 (Winbond W25Q128)
                C84018 (GigaDevice GD25x128)
                C22018 (Macronix MX25L128)

                Wear:
                "GD25B128B/GD25Q128B"
                P.d.
I also saw that the header could be removed with ueffitool, I downloaded it and opened my original BIOS file, but the Capsule option doesn't appear in actions. Does this only work with BIOS in .CAP format? Or am I doing something wrong? Regards

                  by Wahaz
                  Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                  by jendkkd jeje
So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.

I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...

Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G2 ACH - BIOS Serial number missing
                  by TecnicaNTT
                  Hi all,

I got a Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G2 ACH on the bench with a botched BIOS (somehow my client blanked it). I restored the laptop and got it up and running with original BIOS from Lenovo Support website.
My problem is now that the machine details are missing in the BIOS (Serial Number, MTM, etc.)
I tried to write the details with the Lenovo Uone Tool but had now luck. It is giving me an error: "ERROR: Locate protocol with LenovoEeprom, Status=[e]. EEPROM fail when reading or writing data."
I am now asking here for help if anyone knows how to do this in...

                  Hello there.

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

                  History:

                  1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

I searched for this error online and discovered...

Lenovo IdeaPad U330p Read Bios than Bios Password Remove
                  by Popel1083
                  Hi,
I want to remove the Bios Password of my Lenovo IdeaPad U330p with the Lenovo autopatcher. I have the CH341A Black and I'm using NeoProgrammer. The Programmer has an LED that indecates when it reads or writes the Chip. When I try to Connect my Programmer to the Bios Chip (Winbond 25Q64FVSIQ) the LED lights up even though I didn't click on Detect botton in NeoProgrammer. If i click on Detect the LED still remains on and NeoProgrammer says "IC not responding".
