I noticed there's a lot of unlock request for this model Hp Probook 440 G10
The patch won't work if the bios version is latest. use this bin flash both it won't work if you only flash the main you should Flash Both!
first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart, 2nd boot reset security settings to defaults and exit.
use BCU and put your original DMI.

Programmed both the files, had orange light on f5 and f8 blink a few times, then white light stays on the charging port and blank screen. Nothing else happensComment

Re flashed and it works now. However, I need help with transfering DMI. I got BCU, read settings. I did replace serial and UUID, put manufacturing mode to lock, restart and laptop keeps asking to input things like feature byte build id etc. How can I use my old backup files to restore all this info pleaseComment

The Asrock A380 low profile card (ID 8086 56A5 - 1849 6006) have an power limit of 45W. Intel removed the possibility to increase power using the software utility, anyway the card is in an proxmox machine that doesn't run windows.
The same hardware is in another form by the name Asrock A380 Challenger that have the same VRMs and the power limit is at 60W. I searched online and found on another website an .bin bios file from the Challenger variant, that I flashed using an CH341a. Flashng worked well, I put the card in PC and booted. Hope that this post is at the right place of the forum.
I am seeking help and technical advice to remove bios admin password from HP ProBook 4520s.
The laptop is operating normally and, I am not facing any major issue with it except; the bios admin password that I found about by coincidence only few weeks back.
As the laptop is operating normally, I am reluctant to take it to a workshop to de-solder the bios chip in order to read it by an external programmer, as I am not an expert in doing such a thing.

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored.
