try this. write only main bios 32Mb. It will enter in MPM mode, 1st time when enter in bios reset to factory defaults, save, restart, then enter again in bios and in Main tab you have "set machine unique data" and write this:

tried to flash main bios, resoldering and after attaching battery, keyboard lights 5x then when i press power, caps lock and numlock blink 7x simultaneously then powers off. pressing power again makes caps lock and numlock blink 7x.
btw, it doesn't dislplay anything during the process.Comment

I`ve compared bios from top of thread and the one you send, it have just 7 differences. Can I change my bios in same place or it doesent work like that? Also I`ve see solution to find and remove "nvramactiveRegn". Which way is better?Comment

I’m working on an HP 255R 15.6" G10 Notebook PC that has a BIOS Administrator / Setup password I cannot bypass. I can boot Windows normally, but F10 is completely blocked unless the password is entered. I do not know the password.

Sorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.
I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop.
