When you`ve found and extracted the right bios using the guides above you can add the DMI (serial number,featurebyte etc) and Windows key to the new bios using following offsets

DMI 400000 - 4010FF
Windows key A7E000 - A7F00F
.

I've done it, and flash with ezp eeprom but it says "manufacturing programming mode is in unlock mode". and stuck

What do mean stuck, MPM unlocfk mode can't prevent you to enter the bios or boot to Windows. You can exit the MPM unlock mode with the HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU).

after that the computer restarts repeatedly. I can't enter into the bios and into the OS, ESC, F9, F10 doesnt work if i press . HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) running on the operating system? or it can run on USB boot?

if i use old bios, mpm doesn't show up. but the password appears

Looks like you didn't do the job with the bios as it should, here is a new file for you, it's the same version as in your dump (F.15A) , DMI and Windows key has been transferred and MPM unlock mode is fixed. Erase the SPI chip before flashing it with the attached bios.

i have tried. it can show notification CMOS RESET. but after that the computer cant show logo HP or BiOS. only light turns on for a moment dan restart repeatedly. same problem with the bios that i edited previously.

Your problem is not a bios related I'm afraid, because you can't find any better bios than this virgin file from the HP support page for this model.

Did You find a solution? I've got same problem. Virgin bios from HP, machine boots and shows "MPM....[..]" warning and restarts repeatedly.

i flash bios with bios backup from other notebook and the problem is solved.
