    Very good! U8130 is a reset supervisor. Purpose is to pull the reset line into the parked logic low state till this IC senses the voltage being monitored to be high enough. This part is available to monitor assorted trigger or threshold values for the voltage. Very possible that they internal threshold is a bit more tolerant of the values being monitored on the replacement part and is able to accept the voltages you have now. Still expected the 3v3 to be the values for this logic board but if it is working, cannot argue with that. Good closure on this case. Post back if you see other faults.

      I had the same problem. I detected that F7140 was open circuit. When I activated it, I saw that C7375 was short circuit. When I replaced it, the device worked normally.​
