Remove all power. Check and compare the resistance of R1275.

Remove all power, meter in resistance mode.

Check the resistance to ground of PPBUS_G3H.

Is this rail pulsing when power is on?

If yes, remove the fuse on this rail. Leave the fuse off the board for now.

Then power up again and check the voltage on the fuse pad from the producer side = ISL side.

What is the voltage of PPBUS_G3H without the fuse (no load from the consumer side so the rail should not be pulsing). Confirm this.

                        This is too low.

Remove all power -> remove fuse @ F7140.

Then power up -> check the voltage on F7140, pad # 1 (or L7130, pin #2).

What is the voltage now of PPBUS_G3H ?

If this voltage is still not correct, carefully measure the voltage on each pin of U7100. This ISL6259 is used to create the PPBUS_G3H rail. It may be defective but first let us check each pin for the proper voltage.

Post your measurements. Again, take your time and use good meter probes so that the ISL6259 is not shorted.

                            My bad...good!

Now if you solder back F7140 - does PPBUS_G3H remain stable or does it pulse or dip to another voltage value ?

Do I need to solder back the fuse before testing the U7100 or just remve the fuse?

If I solder back the Fuse 8.56 voltage is very stable. Confrim by my UNI-T multi tester also in the oscilloscope

Sorry - we are out of sync. You have removed F7140 fuse and already confirmed that PPBUS_G3H voltage is OK. This is good.

No need to test the voltages of U7100 for now.

Now, solder back fuse F7140. Then measure the voltage of PPBUS_G3H again.

We want to confirm that the voltage remains stable on F7140, pin # 2.
