e406s notebook totally dead, lights out.
Customer set wrong voltage i think, nut nothing burned

only the plastic a little burned , circle red in the pictures

Looks like a burnt mosfet. Remove it and check for continuity on the board (with black probe on ground). If there is no short, just replace the mosfet and try to power the board. Please provide a better picture with the plastic cover removed.

It looks damaged, there appear to be a hole. Did you check if the mosfet is shorted?

i used the old baku to change with a AON7408 i get orange lighe , now i have to power on it.. it supposed its equivalent

Is the laptop turning on now? Check the datasheet of the old mosfet and compare with the replacement to check if they are compatible.
