    Dell Inspiron 5567 power replacment

    Hello!

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5567 / with I5 processor / laptop, but unfortunately it doesn't charge and doesn't work from a charger either.
    Some circuit is maybe broken

However, it runs on battery power until it is depleted.

I was thinking of replacing the battery with an power adapter.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Usually there is a problem with the charge ic. did you measure it up while battery output pins are plugged in and out?

if the adapter is not original or the output socket is defective, it may not receive a charge.

First of we need to see output and input voltage from pins with batarry and without battery

Pins 13, 1, 2, 3, 4 of the PU703 charge control chip must be checked. to detect the battery. and PJDC1 DC input socket 3 pins ADP_ID must be checked.
