    Is my HP 250 g7 motherboard useless?

    Hello. After replacing the screen my laptop stopped working. It charges and turns on the charging light. Also, with the ON button it turns the power light on for a few seconds and then off.

    Cooler, screen and hdd look dead.

    What should I check to know if I need to change the motherboard?

      r u replacing screen with battery or charger attached?

          Unfortunately yes. The person who changed the screen did it with the battery on place. Is it possible that motherboard is fixable?

              Please. If anybody can help me I need to know if I have to buy a new motherboard or if maybe I can fix this one

                  search for short on that LVDS connector. check schematic

                      Hi all , thanks for having me & I think this has been asked before but my case seems a bit odd.
                      I have a MacBook Pro , board 820-2915a and it turns on , chimes etc etc , keyboard lights up, fans spins , can turn caps lock on/off but screen is dead.
                      Iv tried the resets , shine torch through back logo , nothing , it seems the screen has no power. If I plug charger , it charges but if I disconnect battery it displays green light but won't turn on. Iv tried screen on with another board & it works & seems I'm not getting any voltage at pin 2 , next to ground pin .

                      Hi,

                      I have a iphone XS that came in for a screen replacement, the screen was badly cracked, and inside missing scues, on the back of the screen still the blue protector, the screen was a LCD. So we replaced the screen and all good, installed the screen and we noticed that pressing the screen with a bit of force but not excessive, the phone dies. After plugging the charger it turns back on, but again if you press it it dies. I open the phone again, and I can't see anything major, with the phone open, if I press on the logic board, battery, charging board, or even putting pressure on...

                      Subject is a blank screen issue in HP Envy 17-3290NR 3D version laptop with motherboard Louis V1.1 6050A2489901 MB-A02. Production year is 2012. This one is a 2nd hand motherboard which I could use it for few months only. Suddenly no output from the internal display and also no signal from HDMI port then Windows out of order after few boots.

                      Caps lock working normally and no HP's caps-lock warning blinks. Making a hard reset and replacing the RAM sticks or using different slots didn't help.

                      Fans are spinning. Blindly could install windows11 and got the device manager...

                      Hello to everyone.
                      My W26361-W84-X-02 motherboard starts but don't show image (no logo screen neither bios). Because, I have two of them I desoldered the bios chip from the no working motherboard and I soldered it to the working motherboard and the motherboard works OK, so the bios firmware isn't the problem. Below I took some measurements from the no working motherboard when is power on. Also, I replaced the RAM and didn't work again (maybe some pins from the RAM slot don't have the right voltage?). I replaced and the bios battery, and I made reset on the bios and again the problem didn't...
