I've found SMD diode with code 5463 on WDC Hard drive,
Is it compatible with TVS diode ?

transient voltage suppressor diode is mostly connected in parallel to the circuit voltage with fusible resistor or fuse in series with it.. if this smd diode code 5463 is connected with this setup most likely its a TVS to protect the WDC hardware from transient voltages or even over voltage 5v and 12v a diode test in the voltage pins can assume there is a tvs in parallel in circuit. if this diode is connected in series most likely its a ordinary a schottky a signal..a zener diode is also connected in parallel. if you want you can test it to determine the clamping voltage of the tvs using a adjustable voltage regulator..
