Use diode mode on multimeter to take the impedence on PR4004 and PR4005 (side1 ).

replaced pr4005 nothing change on diode mode pr4005=0.500v but i cannot find here the pr4004 here is the pic could you please show where is pr4004 located

thanks it measure 2.411v with black probe on the ground and red on both sides and it measure 0.400v with red on the ground and black on both sides

if i plugged in charger only both sides has 19v

i used bench lab pu3801 pin 1-3=19v pin4=6v pin5-8 19v

Things get more clear now..take out PU3801 and see if he's short ou no.
without pu3801 see if ther's short to ground ( diode mode ) place of pin1
and also how many voltage you got at pin 1 and pin 4

i put back the PU3801 mosfet and measured again on diode mode with red probe to ground and black on pin 1-3 =0.594v and pin4= 0l pin 5-8= 0.900v
