Aser ES1-531 USB not work

Hello.
Have this ACER ES1-531 that have not working usb. It have damagedUSB3.0 port that i replaced, but all USB not work. All have 5V. I removed EU3401 but no luck. How to test if U3501 is bad?

what can be wrong and how to test it?

i replace U3501 8111H with some other 8111H but no luck

Windows shows error on xHCI USB controller

u3501 Pin 1-2 and 6-7 resistance??

damn both pairs are shorted between them

I think im screwd. Both pair are shorted between them even with chip removed

loool i made huge mistake. i was measuring and replacing LAN controller :-)


So now i measure USB 3.0 lines and one pair is shorted to ground and 5ohm short between them

I replace u3501, but still the same.

Measure pair lines from U3501 to CPU and one line have 3,3 and other have 0,0V , no short

Measure usb hub lines and one line have 3,13V and other have 0,0V, no short to ground

do u think that blown usb 3.0 in CPU can broke usb 2.0 ?
