I write the bios with dump and ene chip , but the same problem

Hp 5 blink System bord Failure +19V 3/5V must be ok the Schematic is not available , what is the SIO chip check all pins EC Bios for Voltage test all colis Diode mode Ohms

Check all this pins on SIO be careful not to short pins , when you get this sine # it’s high low depending on the platform MB +3V volts when you press the power button will go to 0V and come back or 0V will rise to +3V volts check all pins one by one

122 PWTN OUT#
110 AC IN
112 EC ON
