ok, i solved the problem by programming a virgin bin from HP, in my case it is 084A6.bin, after that it says the bios is in unlocked mode, i used hp bios configuration tool to inject serial etc.... and returned to locked modeLeave a comment:

I did bios update for this laptop, but something went wrong and I lost the serial, model even mac adress:
Model: 15-da0103ng, serial: CND8488CXW, ProdID= 4ET85EA#ABD.
I tried to use hp bios configuration tool, but always i get access denied and cannot set config file

the problem is it powers up for10 seconds, no fans no picture then powers off, after few seconds it powers on by itself, also no display and then off, i found u4401 burnt , i removed it because i did not find it
