Lenovo G40-50 Aclu5/aclu6 wont turn on

I was working well with him, one day he turned off he did not turn on, checking it I found that the pu401 heats up when the charger is connected, I already replaced it but the fault persists remove the capacitor that is close to the pj401 and did not cause the short.
the pu401 SY8206BQNC, is short but when removing the pad pj401 disappears the short but the pu401 is the source of 3v.

    pl401 pl402 no voltaje, capacitors near of pu402 whit voltaje 20, 3.2 5.6

Remove the jumper PJ402 PJ406 check the resistance to GND both side of PJ402 pj406
After test pin 85 of UE1 SIO chip EC ON 3.3V page 44, PU401 IC pin 1is connected with 2 resisters 1 cap and a Diode test for any shorts on those components
PU402 pin 1 connected with 2 resisters 1 cap and a Diode test for any shorts on those components
This chip is getting 19+ LDO is ok but no +3VALW +5VALW you need EC ON to enable this chip

Thanks for answering, none of the components were short, you have any other suggestions.
          I did the tests with pj402 pj406 pj401 pj402 open
When I close PJ402, the indicated capacitor is bridged to the ground on both ends, I remain attentive.

but you didnt mentioned reistance of both pads of PJ402-one of the pads is likely to be short.

If you have lab supply, then inject 1V with high amps on the shorted side of PJ403 and see what becomes hot.

The laptop is dead. I can meaure only 19V rail.

                  Hi Hi.
Can you help me? The boardview of the DA0G3DMBCE0 REV:E motherboard says that the PU401 IC is a MP86903C...however this is a TQFN21. The PU401 is a TQFN13 and the MP86901-AGQT-Z IC is TQFN13.
Am I correct? Or is it a different IC?
                  I would appreciate an answer.
                  Regards.

                  Motherboard la-9532p_r1.0

                  Problem:

                  - Doesn't react to power button and doesn't charge battery

                  - The PU401 SY8208BQNC_QFN10_3X3 gets extremely hot when connecting
                  the power adapter.

                  Compal circuits show:

                  a SY8208DQNC_QFN10_3X3 on page 38 (PU601)

(an adjustable step-down switchmode converter with a feedback reference voltage of 0.6V)

                  and

                  a SY8208BQNC_QFN10_3X3 on page 35 (PU401)

(appears to be a fixed 3V converter)

I have replaced the PU401 IC and the problem...

                  Hey Forum,

I have a dead Acer Laptop from a friend. Find out that its a Mobo fault because Screen is working on other mobo and there are 19V on Power Jack that are going over the two Mosfets into the Mobo. So its actually charging too but no matter what i Do the leds wont come on. So i went over to the 5v and 3v Section and there is nothing at both. The 5v Rail is okay so no short but at the 3v Rail theres a short at PJ401 and on both sides from the Coil PL402 but on the capacitors there is no short. So i found a 19V 3.42Amps Charger (it works) plugged it into the Mobo and the Step...
