No Power ON with battery ONLY

I want to thank everyone for all the support .. So I have this asus laptop that does not power on with battery ONLY.

Works fine if adapter is present.
Shows proper battery charging indication
If you plug out the charger while the pc is running then also it works fine. Backup is around 3 hours
But I try to start the laptop without the adapter plugged in it just does not start at all.


Also I am unable to find the schematic for the same.

Sorry its a NH4CZ0X Rev 1.0 motherboard used in ACER ONE 14-Z422

Also the laptop restarts everytime I prefer to shutdown using windows option.

Thanks by failure state do you mean Ac Adapter not plugged in but the battery is still connected ?
