    1 million procent its not the cable, screen,videocard,processor....all of those i replaced and i still had the same problem. I ordered today the chip from china so i have too wait at least 3weeks i think

          Its from a acer motherboard is complete dead... its not a alienware.

              What is the code on that board? Alienware is dell pretty much. LA-xxxx?
              This sounds like the LVDS translator/Controller/converter IC... not sure on the exact desc or name.... Do you have a Schematic?

              EDIT: I think this schematic is the right one, attached below.

              EDIT2: #_# ah I see that is indeed the chip(page28) mentioned from the other forum... anyways if you have another like that swap it should work just fine.

                I had a similar problem on an Asus laptop. But the customer did not give me time to fix it properly. Finally, I discovered that if uninstall Both the ATI and Intel Graphics drivers, the snow will disappears. So the customer was glad of this quick fix.
                there is a Graphics option in Bios. change it from switchable to something else. It may be fixed this way.
                Then, you can try replacing the LVDS multiplexer IC. It can be desoldered from any mainboard. I hope it is not faulty.

                  Its fixxedddd it was indeed the chip😁😁..... there where 2 of those chips. I replaced the one near the connector.
