Dell Ins. 15R-5537 /only works battery/

HI!

I have a Dell inspiron 15R-5537
MB num:LA-9982P

If the battery is inside, works fine. When i plug the adapter it show short circuit.
I looked power circuit and found a bad capacitor. So i remove it and check again the problem is solved. Try turn on with dc adapter but not work.
The problem is PQ703 does not open. I took it off and it was good and same PQ705. The PQ704 is not on the motherboard.
Measure some voltage (In adapter mode), but i think everything ok.

I changed: BQ24717
Any ideas?

test pq701. i think pq701 fail.

Change pq701 3 times and no results...

The Voltage on the Gate of Fet pq701 must be high that VIN +24-28V , ACDRV line you have a resistor and a capacitor test both of them , if not remove the resistor PR703 and see whether the voltage is about 20V, Test to the DC check connected pin 4/5 ADPIN Voltage?
