Coloured lines and white screen with lines on Elephone P6000

Hi!
In a elephone P6000 while opens normally start logo, after a little at random times sees colored lines and / or a white screen with lines, and turn off.After opens after 5-10 minutes. Watch the video:

I wait suggestions / ideas what could be wrong and do them.

try some tension test?
LCD fail or the GPU?

Had this problem on a Chinese tab with rk3066 cpu. The problem was in the cpu. changed it and optimized with copper shims , problem solved since then.
