Help with parkside induction cooker controller IC.
Hello.
I am troubleshooting a parkside induction cooker. The bord had a microcontroller ic with marking IH001 (dip24) which i think is faulty. Any ideas what this IC is, to purchase internationally? Otherwise there is a VIPer12a which seems working fine. No other defective components were found.
Best regards.

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
BTW Diah
Have you ever came across short in panel of Samsung Q7F QLED. I have one lying since a couple of week, resolved a short on panel board. Yet still there is a short on the qled panel itself at left lower corner where all horizontal lines emerge. It getting very hot at just this point. I was wondering to dig with a dremel here and see what happens. Any ideas?...

Problem solved with NOS MC7812C with Caps. Working fine.

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
By the way, how about using a linear voltage regulator, sort of LM7812?

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
Shall do. Still though think the problem is the PWM IC itself. Even as a hobbyist i came across this problem several times which resolved by changing the IC but yet you have a good point here. I have no oscilloscop here otherwise i would've mentioned readings here.

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
Hello again.
Injecting 12v using dc-dc buck converter with common GND as of the attached pics. The tv shows steady pic. So it narrows the whole defect to the pwm ic first suspected. The question that remains is whether the IC can be bought, any known vendors that ship to Sweden? All answers would be much appreciated.
If anyone have a doner board can send a PM.
BR and thanks again to everyone for help....

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
Exactly was i was planing to do. Have some tiny DC-DC buck converters with common GND which will suit the purpose.
Any ideas what power consumption T-con in such models generally have....

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
By the way. If I’m getting 3v on pin 11 as I mentioned in first post and post two(pic) then it might be wrong voltage? What to expect here? Any data sheets?

Re: Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
Thanks a lot. A community that never lets you down.
I agree with the liquid/ moisture damage. Overall there are tons of signs of liquid damage, corrosion and rust not only on pcbs but also the metal body. Will check pin 11 and poke around, most probably a no-fix, going back to owner or for spare parts

Panasonic TX-65FX623E identidy IC.
Hello
I haav a Panasonic TV model TX-65FX623E which dosn't show any picture. The backlight is on.
Upon testing the T-con i couldn't find the 12v at fuse, the fuse is ok.
I traced it back to the main bord and the QFN25 buck IC responsible for generating the 12v is in the pic below with marking BUTAPA. No shorts where detected and the IC is not heating. Input of 16v is there, and 3v on another pin which i presume is enable signal.
Cant find any data or schematics for further troubleshoting.
Any ideas or if anybody came across this buck converter...

Re: Identify pwm
Yes that's the one as for pin connection on och. Any chance there is a pin-pin compatible ic?...

Identify pwm sot23-6 marked 6315

Hello
Anybody came across this tiny sot23-6 PWM and knows where to find data sheet or yet better pin-pin compatible chop?...

Re: Need similar mosfet IRF8707G..
You can replace IRF8707G with almost any n channel moset rating 30v 11 or more amps with same pin config. ex. , IRF8714, IRF8714G, IRF8721, IRF8721G, IRF8734, IRF8736, IRF8788, SI4420DY

Re: Hp 1040 G2, Please help to identify this missing components.
As of the parts in the rectangle.... 100% unpopulated as of the shape of pad, and if the board not been worked on before.
Other components marked as C2601, PC491X, and the last capacitor parallel to the resistor in lowest circle,... the board should work even without these components unattached. If its not working then ur problem is somewhere else....

Re: Screwed up big. Missing Pads on 4x4mm Chip
if u r ready to send it to Sweden with prepaid return postage I'd gladly fix it for you free of charge. Otherwise dead bug method as suggested above.
