D270 not powering on

    D270 not powering on

    D270 ZE7 not powering on, no +3pvcu, no 3,3v/5v, no burn or hot ic, only got 19v .
    replace 88731 still the same. any suggestion?

    first check voltage at pin 8 and pin 17, usually like this 3.3v at pin 8 and pin 17 4.96v.
    4.96v that indicate there was problems.
    then check voltage pin 12 and pin 19 rt8223, if high then replace solid caps.

    common problem this series was leaked solid caps dc-dc 3.3vpcu/5vpcu

    today have managed fix it, just cause solid caps, better idea is replace with tantalum 220/330uf 6.3v
