MacBook pro 820-2889-a no ram detect

This motherboard does not detect a channel of the ram, while the other works well.
a chip reballing N-Vidia has not solved the problem, connettoer ram looks good.
you have any idea

I believe one of the slots uses BGA to attach to the motherboard. If it's had a reflow with the memory still attached then the weight causes the BGA to break free.
