acer 4250 can not power on

I have an acer 4250 that can not power on when i pressed power button. But it have 3v and 5v always on. With battre and dc pluged.. 3,3v power button pin ok. Is there anyone could help thanks before.

go with a reflash of the BIOS

Amd. Onboard soldered. If dc plugged charging light is on. I will flash bios. Thanks

I have reflash BIOS, but still can not power on.

find the KBC controller and write back the model.

that the only place where you can find something wrong.

I have replaced ec/io/kbc. Now laptop turn on but only fan spinning no light an then turn off again. Any adea?

Ok!
so i found same KBC in :
Toshiba Satellite C805D Quanta BY7D
Toshiba Satellite L700 L745 Quanta TE5

pick one and we need to proceed on finding some basic voltages!

voltages on all COILS like ram,cpu,vga yes?

identify all the qfn CHIPS AND WRITE down the models

I found bad prosessor. I can not replace the prosessor its Soldered onboard.

There is a caps 0 ohm. Its un usual. If its 25 ohm its normal. You know that right!?
