Sony PCG-4121EL- VPCSA390X two seconds to death

My boss, gave me his laptop, because it would not work anymore.
When I push the start button, the green LED turns on for two seconds, I can hear something spinning up for those two seconds, than it shuts off.
Battery seems like it's charging, LED is on when it is plugged in. After a while the the charging LED goes off, I'm guessing the battery is fully charged.
I have tried starting without battery, same thing happens.
My boss is telling me, that it wasn't overheating. It happened, suddenly. A day before, it was still working.
I have tried another power adapter and the result is the same.
It seems like wants to start, but because of some sort of error it shuts off.
    Any help, would be appreciated.

I have pulled the BIOS battery and reassembled it(roughly). Then the laptop turned on(green LED turned on and stayed on) and the fan started spinning, but very-very fast. That is, all it does. If I move the top cover(keyboard), than I see something on the LCD, like the backlight is turning on and off.
This whole issue, it could be from the backlight also? Bad LED in the backlight and the laptop doesn't turn on?

find fuse F16; test it if its bad replace it or bridge a wire.

if not post some picture of the board.
Just cook it! It's already broken.

That fuse, is for the backlight and it's on the motherboard? There are separate boards in this laptop.

try to find it because its direct connected to the lvds connector to the screen ON the mainboard.

It seems like, it's very sensitive connector, or one of them did not plug in well enough, because after playing with it for a while, it just started right up.
After moving boards a bit(trying to connect a HDD), it did not turn on again.
So I guess, I could put it together, but I have to be super cautious, when I plug in all the connectors.
I will let you know about the outcome.
I have found a metal stand-off ,from the second heatsinked processor(not sure is the graphics or GPU) that it came off(it was lifted out, of the PCB's hole), from the PCB.
